Reproduced by permission. The innermost cavities of our bodies are considered very private and sacrosanct. The insertion of anything in another person's mouth is an act of intimacy reserved for one's lover and one's dentist. The insertion of any device into the rectum is again reserved for an intimate relationship such as occurs in an erotic sense, or in a medical context. These are the two main male bodily orifices considered appropriate for erotic stimulation, but there is at least one more area that can be penetrated with an erotic effect.
The male urethra (for the non-medically oriented, that's the piss hole and the associated plumbing that leads to it) can also be highly erotic when penetrated in a safe and correct manner.
