All prices are subject to change without notice. Special items made to order will usually be ready for delivery 30-60 days after receipt of order. Other items are subject to stock and availability. All orders must be accompanied by payment in full unless otherwise arraigned. It is recommended that large items be picked up in person when possible. Packaging and shipping are additional and, for large items, expensive.
We do not sell, rent, or loan our mailing lists. We respect your privacy. We will only give out information on your request. Our files are strictly confidential.
You may pay with American Express, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Bank Check, Money Order, and Personal Check are also acceptable in the United States only. If payment accompanies your order, don’t forget to include enough for shipping and handling. On credit card orders, we will calculate the shipping and handling for you.
Orders from outside the United States must be by credit card: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover.

Unfortunately there are some of you (not many, but enough to make it hard on the honest
customer) that are dishonest and send us bad checks. Therefore personal checks may
subject your order to delay of shipment at our discretion. This is especially true
of first orders and/or large checks.
We want satisfied customers and wish to ship as soon as possible. Holding up on orders until the check clears is frustrating for you and causes extra bookkeeping for us.
Any check returned to us by the bank for any reason will incur a $25.00
processing fee due from the customer.
We ship First Class and Priority Mail, or UPS as practicality and/or urgency dictates. Current pricing by these services makes UPS ground the least expensive alternative. Please allow adequate funds for shipping and handling. Shipment other than by U.S. Mail requires a street address. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Please see Shipping Outside the United States, if you live other than in the USA.
There are private Mail &
Package Reception Businesses that receive mail and packages for you. (Check your Yellow
Pages for Mail Receiving Services.) They will rent you a private mailbox or charge you a
per piece fee for receiving your mail and/or package. They are more expensive than a post
office box but they do receive UPS other shipments.
Want to guarantee that someone signs for the delivery? We will make a signature mandatory on delivery if you so request. Add $2 to the shipping charges and state this clearly on your order.
We can ship USPS Express Mail and Federal Express. COD is also available. For these services, please call for details and costs.
A $6.00 minimum or 10% of the order will cover most items. However, there are exceptions. These exceptions are usually based on weight and some items may incur a packing charge. This is to insure that you receive your order in prime condition. If you have questions, call us. Insufficient funds may cause delay in filling your order.
Michigan residents must add 6% Michigan Sales Tax.
